Executive Assistant

Salary: -

• Handle all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence in a professional manner
• Prepare positive case portfolios in accordance with the correct procedure for meeting
• Log in sample information into the Club’s database and provide urine and blood samples as and when required by laboratory staff
• Dispatch reports to Stewards and Club Managers promptly and effectively

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE O Level holder
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Resourceful, well organized, meticulous, reliable and independent, including the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Able to handle blood and urine samples of horses as part of the job scope

Admin cum Customer Service

You will provide administrative support to the department, as well as attend to phonecalls and counter services.

Requirements:-
• GCE O/N Level or Certificate in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Able to work on weekdays nights and weekends (if rostered)
