Salary
A cabin crew member's salary is comprised of a number of different elements:
Basic pay is the fixed non-flight related element of the salary.
Sector pay is payable for each sector, or flight, that is flown as cabin crew. The amount payable is dependent on the crew member's rank and also the length of the sector.
Overnight allowance is payable if, for operational reasons, you are required to spend a night away from base in a hotel provided by the company.
Uniform allowance Cabin crew are required to pay for their initial uniform, the cost of which is deducted in installments directly from their salary.
Language payments Cabin crew who speak a language of a country to which we fly to a fluent level, will receive a language payment. The amount received is dependent upon the number of languages spoken.
Commission Cabin crew are entitled to receive commission on all items that they sell from the easyKiosk.

Please note:
That all crew based in France, who are habitually resident in France, are liable for French Social Security payments.
If you are a tax resident in Germany then you are liable to pay German tax on all of your income, excluding the amounts that are taxed in the UK. You will be entitled to claim back UK tax contributions.

Height between 163 - 183cm.
Australian permanent residency and a passport ensuring unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call with at least 12 months validity.
Current Senior First Aid Certificate with a validity of 12 months at time of application.
Responsible Service of Alcohol 'Statement of Attainment'.
Strong commitment to customer service and recent experience in a face to face role.
