Customer Service Officer:SIA is looking for individuals who are able to provide warm, caring and enterprising service to our customers.The JobYou will serve customers at the SIA Service Centre/Ticket Offices and manage all reservations and ticketing related matters.Requirements:Singapore Citizen or Permanent resident. You should possess a Polytechnic Diploma and preferably have experience in front-line customer servicing. You should also have good service attributes and verbal communication skills. You must also be prepared to perform shift duties.Training:During your first year, you will attend functional courses and briefings.
